Trending Fashion

Shopping. Shopping. Shopping.

Aaahhh, shopping...if I could only spend all my money on shopping. Haha! Well back in college, I used to do that with my allowance. But now that I am working, I've realized there is more to life than clothes, bags and shoes. :) I still shop once in a while, when I want to reward myself for the good things I have done. (Naks! Oo mabait ako ah haha)

I shop for clothes that I feel comfortable wearing. The current trend that I am obssesed right now are the sheer flowy tops as well as loose sequined ones. I find it effortlessly sexy and comfortable, don't you think?

So where do I usually shop for these trends? My answer is...depends. Yep! depends on my budget. Hahaha! If I have the money to splurge, I go to Forever 21 in Megamall. If I'm in the budget mode (aka. kuripot), I go to The Ramp in Glorietta. The Ramp carries different local and international brands. I personally like brands such as Pink Manila and I.Candy because they are oh-so-fashionable yet really affordable. Oh, BTW, Pink Manila also has a store in Tiendesitas. I'm thinking of giving away The Ramp GCs as my first ever blog freebie...I'm still thinking so you better hang in there. :)

Top 5 TV Series To Watch This 2012

I usually have a routine every Friday with my boyfriend. After my work, he fetches me at my office...go to his house and watch the latest episodes of the current TV series we like. And because I cannot think of any topics in mind to write, might just as well share with you my top 5 TV series we currently watch. :)

1. Once Upon A Time (ABC)

Don't be fooled by the title...coz some guys think they are the typical fairytale that only girls would enjoy watching. No...especially when you get the chance to meet Rumplestiltskin. Haha.

"The story is set in the fictional small town of Storybrooke, Maine. The town is populated by characters from fairy tales, who have been exiled to the real world due to a curse cast by the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) as part of a revenge plot against Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin), and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas). Because of the curse, most of the inhabitants of Storybrooke have no memory of their true identities and have been stuck timelessly in Storybrooke for years."

2. Raising Hope (FOX)

This series is laughtrip all the way. A single guy raising a baby girl with the help of his happy-go-lucky parents and a crazy grandmother. It's now on its second season and is a hit in the US.

3. The Big Bang Theory (CBS)

Who does not know Dr. Sheldon Cooper and the gang? I was introduced to this series by my boyfrined who really likes this show... which eventually got me hooked too. Though I personally do not like Amy.

4. How I Met Your Mother (CBS)

Ahhh Ted Mosby...I don't know why he had trouble finding the right girl. I mean...look at him! A sweet, thoughtful, good looking, hopeless romantic guy that I bet a lot of girls would love. Oh well, I can't wait to find out who the mother is. I'm still not losing hope that it will be Robin....as what Marshall tells Lily: "Not yet" :)

*Airs on ETC

5. Cougar Town (ABC)

Though the title of the show is not relevant anymore to the flow of the story, J Bird and the rest of her wine-drinking, penny-can tossing friends still survive the ratings as they start a whole new season last February 14. They might be weird at times, but still I can't resist the urge to watch what antics have they prepared up their sleeves.

Sydney, Australia 2011

Though it has been months since I arrived from Sydney, I think it's never too late to share with you my experience down under. :)

1. Since I went there on autumn-winter season, it was really really cold and rainy. Here I am freezing cold while taking pictures in front of the famous Sydney landmark, The Opera House.

2. St. Mary's Cathedral is one of the most beautiful places I have visited during my stay there. It reminded me of the Wesminster Abbey where Prince William and Kate Middleton got married. Too bad, no photography was allowed inside. It.was.so.beautiful.

 3. Westfield Mall is the counterpart of Greenbelt here. It houses most of the branded stores such as Zara, Guess, Aldo and Valley Girl. Too bad I kept on converting everything to peso so automatically everything is much more exppensive. Haha

4. Do not forget to pass by Chinatown. Good thing our hotel was just a few blocks away from this place, we bought most of our groceries and pasalubong here because its cheaper and at the same time there are Filipino products available. :)

How about you? Where have you been lately? :)
